AM2 Centre Manager Based at City College Norwich 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Salary Range £44,844 - £48,646 An opportunity has arisen to appoint a AM2 Centre Manager to manage our New AM2 Assessment Centre, providing learners an introduction to the Health & Social Care sector. This role is part of the Apollo Project, which focuses on improving recruitment and retention in Health & Social Care. As part of this role, you will deliver a pre-existing course with all the materials and resources provided. There will be scope to adapt your delivery to the needs of the learners you engage with. This course is primarily focused on engaging unemployed adults, volunteers and employed individuals transitioning into Health & Social Care. You will be supported by a cross-functional team including a Mentor, Project Officer, Marketing Officer and Project Manager.
