Due to a growing demand for our services, Vertu Ford Crewe is expanding our team — and we’re excited to welcome a new, dedicated Vehicle Technician. Whether you’re early in your career or bringing years of experience, we value your skills, passion, and commitment to quality.
Salary Range: £30,000 – £45,800, depending on your skills and experience. 4-day working week options available – because flexibility matters.
What you’ll be doing
* Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards
* Applying your technical expertise to both routine and complex repairs
* Taking pride in achieving quality results and first-time fixes

What you’ll need
* A relevant qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive)
* Hands-on experience working as a Vehicle Technician
* Your own set of tools
* A full UK driving licence
Salary tiers (Based on Skills and Accreditation)
* Prep / Service & Maintenance Technician – Up to £36,200
* Service & Diagnostic Technician – Up to £38,600
* Senior Technician – Up to £41,000
* Master Technician – Up to £45,800
