Salary: £50,000 plus bonus
Hours: 45 hours per week
Join a leading team as a Paint Sprayer, preparing and refinishing vehicles to the highest standards using the latest water-based paint technologies in a modern and well-equipped body shop.
Responsibilities
* Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
* Mix paint accurately to match colours and apply using spray guns
* Ensure a smooth and even application of paint, free of imperfections
* Perform touch-ups and finish work to deliver high-quality results
* Maintain and clean painting equipment and ensure a tidy workspace
* Adhere to safety and environmental regulations at all times
* Inspect finished work to ensure it meets industry standards and customer expectations
* Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and quality
Qualifications
* Essential
* Experience producing high-quality paint spraying from start to finish
* Hands-on experience with water-based paints
* City & Guilds qualification or equivalent ATA accreditation
* Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair and paint techniques
