Plumber
Contract Type: Temp to perm
Area: NW/ HA/ W/ TW
Hours: 42.5 Hrs per week (Mon to Fri)
Hourly Rate: £21.40 PH CIS

Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced plumber multi to join our clients reactive maintenance team
Duties
1. Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, taps, toilets, and pipework
2. Completing bathroom repairs and minor installation works
3. Making good after plumbing works to a high standard
4. Attending disrepair properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes
5. Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
6. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
Requirements
7. NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing
8. Domestic/ social housing/ council property repairs experience
9. Excellent customer service skills
10. Full UK drivers license
11. Will be able to carry out secondary trades to a good standard
