Rezzil creates performance products across sport, gaming and immersive technology, spanning VR, mobile and console. Our products are used by professional athletes, clubs, coaches and consumers, with a growing focus on sports games and digital fan experiences.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a focus on mobile gaming to manage our gaming products, with a special focus on growing one of our mobile sports games across iOS and Android.

This is a growth-focused marketing role responsible for supporting Rezzil’s gaming products, with mobile as the primary focus. The role will focus heavily on increasing installs, improving retention, and supporting revenue growth for our mobile sports game, while also supporting our wider gaming portfolio, including VR titles.

You will own the marketing strategy for the mobile game and support marketing activity across our wider gaming products, working closely with the Head of Marketing & Brand, as well as product, development, creative and content teams. You will plan campaigns, use performance data to guide decisions and help us better understand how players discover, engage with and return to our games.

You do not need VR experience, although experience or an interest in VR, console or wider games marketing would be a bonus.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage marketing activity for Rezzil’s gaming products, with a special focus on mobile.
* Own the marketing strategy for our mobile sports game across iOS and Android.
* Support marketing activity for our wider gaming portfolio, including VR titles where required.
* Plan and deliver campaigns that drive installs, engagement, retention and revenue.
* Work with the Head of Marketing & Brand to define KPIs, campaign goals and reporting.
* Develop go-to-market plans for launches, updates, features, events and seasonal campaigns.
* Manage mobile gaming marketing activity across paid, organic, social, CRM, app stores and community channels.
* Work closely with creative, content and video teams to produce high-performing campaign assets.
* Support App Store Optimisation across iOS and Android, including listings, creative, messaging and testing.
* Use player data, campaign performance and market insight to identify opportunities to improve retention and monetisation.
* Collaborate with product and development teams to understand player behaviour, upcoming features and commercial goals.
* Track competitor activity, mobile gaming trends and sports gaming audiences.
* Use market intelligence tools to monitor app performance, category trends, competitor activity and audience opportunities.
* Brief and manage external agencies, freelancers or partners where required.
* Report clearly on performance, learnings and next steps.


About You

You are a commercially minded marketer with experience growing mobile games or consumer apps. You understand the full player journey, from acquisition through to retention and monetisation, and you know how to turn insight into action.

You will be excited about mobile gaming and also comfortable supporting wider gaming products when needed. You do not need to be a VR specialist, but you should be open to learning about our VR products and supporting their marketing when required.

You are comfortable working with data, but you also understand the importance of strong, clear creative messaging and community engagement. You will enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where marketing, product and development teams need to work closely together.


What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in mobile game marketing, mobile app marketing or a closely related growth marketing role.
* A track record of increasing retention, revenue or player engagement in a previous role.
* Strong understanding of iOS and Android marketing channels.
* Experience with campaign planning, user acquisition, retention marketing and performance reporting.
* Good knowledge of App Store Optimisation and mobile marketing best practice.
* Ability to work with data to make decisions and improve campaign performance.
* Experience briefing creative teams and developing marketing assets for digital campaigns.
* Strong understanding of player behaviour, audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Interest in sport, gaming or sports entertainment.
* Willingness to support marketing across wider gaming products, including VR titles.


Nice to Have

* Experience in marketing sports games or sports-related apps.
* Experience working on free-to-play mobile games.
* Knowledge of monetisation models, in-game events, live ops or seasonal campaign planning.
* Experience with influencer, creator or community-led campaigns.
* Experience using Sensor Tower or similar mobile market intelligence platforms.
* VR, console or wider games industry experience.
