Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the implementation of global pricing strategies that protect net price and maximise commercial value.
* Support brand teams in developing and embedding innovative pricing strategies across the portfolio.
* Collaborate with cross-functional global and affiliate teams to translate strategic pricing concepts into actionable, market-ready solutions.
* Lead governance processes for evaluating and approving novel pricing models.
* Build pricing capability across global and affiliate teams through training and best-practice sharing.
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Global-level experience in Market Access or Strategic Pricing, ideally within pharma/biotech or a consultancy setting.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
