We are looking for someone who will be a strong ambassador for our brand, embodying our values and bringing them to life through our products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their needs and providing a seamless shopping experience.
* Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets while maintaining store visual standards.
* Communicate the value and features of our products to customers, representing FARM Rio's brand identity.
* Share knowledge of our brand partnerships and store promotions with clients.
* Maintain the store's visual appeal through effective merchandise display and arrangement.
* Provide personalized styling sessions that exceed client expectations.
* Build loyalty within the community through outstanding service and engagement.
* Secure sales through proactive communication and product recommendations.
