Job Description:
We are seeking an Audiologist who is passionate about clinical care and commercially minded to join our Amplifon high street branch in Winchester.
About the role
You will be working solely in our Winchester branch, Monday to Friday, with a dedicated Sales and Customer Service Advisor to help manage your diary and greet customers, so you can focus on delivering the best patient care.
We can offer uncapped commission with no minimum threshold, paid monthly and quarterly.
A company car or car allowance is provided upon joining.
Free trials for anyone you deem to have hearing loss.
You will have the full support of our UK Head Office Marketing team to help bring customers to your branch.
Opportunities for career advancement include moving into Area Manager positions, joining the training team, or working for Amplifon in other countries.

Responsibilities
* Administer hearing tests, assess client needs, and inform them of available options
* Provide aftercare services following the Amplifon aftercare programme
* Manage the clinic with support from a Sales & Customer Advisor, including staff management
* Ensure team provides professional, courteous, high-quality service
* Create a positive customer journey that exceeds expectations
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including colleagues, the local community, and clinicians
About You
* Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with HCPC
* Exceptional customer care and service standards
* Strong analytical and judgment skills
* Effective communication skills
* Organized and efficient with time management
