What We’re Offering
* Base Salary: $80,000 to $105,000 based on experience, skills, and geography
* Bonus: Attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)!
* Hybrid Role: Combination of in-person supervision (in-home, school, and/or center-based) and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of your in-home cases
* Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks including clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments; weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed
* Education and Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives
* Benefits Highlights: 23 days off annually between holidays (including 1 floating holiday) and 15 days of PTO accruing from Day 1
* Flexible Schedule: Mon-Fri mornings and afternoons up to 6pm most nights; 1-2 evenings per week until 8:30pm; no Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and supervise Behavior Technicians, ensuring reliable and faithful implementation of treatment plans
* Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs, evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and support problem solving
* Maintain professionalism in challenging situations, adapt to change, and seek opportunities for growth
* Communicate proactively, take initiative, and foster a collaborative learning environment
What We’re Looking For
* Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB
* Active LBA Certification in Massachusetts as issued by the Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions
* Pre-employment requirements: criminal background check, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam (paid by us)
