The Role: We operate a modern fleet of Fendt and New Holland tractors To follow all H&S systems including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work and report any areas of concern Ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards Assist with tasks such as yard and equipment maintenance Aid other areas of the farming operations if required To maintain and keep up to date records required by the Farm Manager to provide full traceability and ensure audit compliance etc There will be good opportunities for development within our total farming operation for candidates that are looking to the future About You: A self-motivated individual, who can work to a high standard on their own initiative Be willing to support all entities of the farming business Ability to work alone or as part of a team Attention to detail with a strong work ethic and willingness to embrace challenges An interest in modern farming practices Full driving licence essential Teleporter and forklift licences would be beneficial
