Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Stockport. The OTE for this role is £28,000.
Let's talk about the role, it involves;
* Registration and management of Letting applicants
* Arranging & completing viewings/appointments
* Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
* Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords
* Generate and negotiate offers to get lets agreed
* Complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
* Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions
