Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst - SME (Trust Retail) to join their team.
Location: Bournemouth / UK (Hybrid)

How will you make an impact in this role?
The Role:
As a Business Analyst you will collaborate closely with the development team, product management and directly with our clients to drive the technical development of our Retail products. You will drive feature definition that is appropriate to the business and client requirements, keeping the team focused on what matters the most.
You will be the Subject Matter Expert for our entire product set and support with pre-sales activity
What We Expect of You, Day To Day:
* Collating, understanding, and defining business and technical requirements for BAU, projects and change requests
* Translating these into requirement definitions, user stories and acceptance criteria
* Support development teams in their stand-ups, backlog refinement, planning and sprint retrospectives
* Process mapping
* Analyse and document both current (As Is) and proposed (To Be) business processes from an operational and system perspective
* Create product and feature documentation to support development releases and help centre resources
* Identify costs/benefits of projects
* Engage with project stakeholders to define and get agreement and achieve closure on business and technical requirements
* Support the business through user testing providing expert guidance
* Provide onsite and remote training to end users
* Verification of expected results during UAT and OAT
* Identify and document improvement opportunities, creating a product improvement backlog for future enhancements
Qualifications
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent organisational skills
* Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
* Self-motivation and able to take responsibility
* Able to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently
* Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
