We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing Business Partner supporting venues in Scotland & North East England. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the marketing plans for your venues, aiming to meet local and national revenue targets aligned with business plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to implement national campaigns at a local level.
2. Develop local marketing plans with venue GMs, focusing on customer segments, challenges, and targets.
3. Build strong relationships with GMs, acting as their marketing advisor.
4. Support event and hospitality activities for high-value customers.
5. Coordinate with marketing managers for slots, poker, and sports to incorporate their insights into local plans.
6. Engage with suppliers and agencies for local resources.
7. Ensure consistency and clarity in venue marketing plans.
8. Analyze ROI on local promotions and activities for success measurement and replication.
9. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
10. Align local activities with wider brand strategies.
11. Maintain brand standards across all channels.
12. Understand and implement the national marketing calendar and HVC strategies.
13. Support HVC campaigns and activities in venues.
14. Represent the marketing team at venue level to promote brand vision.
15. Engage with PR, social media, CRM, and promotional teams to create engaging content.
16. Build relationships with operations, GMs, and digital teams.
17. Champion the brand and ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality, leisure, or multi-venue business.
2. Proven success in retail marketing strategy development and delivery.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Experience working with innovative brand teams and achieving success.
5. Knowledge of the leisure and gaming sector is advantageous.
6. Ability to drive change and deliver measurable results.
7. Deep understanding of retail environments and high-value customer activities.
8. Experience managing marketing projects within budget and deadlines.
9. Marketing qualification is a plus.
10. Resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
11. Valid driving license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
Additional Information
The role requires flexibility, including face-to-face and remote work, as well as travel to venues supported.
