We’re looking for a Sustainability Manager to lead and evolve our sustainability agenda at a critical point in our journey.
This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across the business and the opportunity to shape how one of the UK’s leading retailers delivers meaningful environmental change.
Reporting into the Director of Supply Chain & Logistics, you’ll own the Screwfix Sustainability Plan, driving delivery of our ambitions and ensuring sustainability is embedded into the way we think, operate and grow.
From influencing senior stakeholders and leading strategic programmes to shaping policy, governance and engagement across the business, this role sits at the centre of making real, measurable progress happen.
You’ll also lead a specialist team spanning carbon, packaging, responsible sourcing and sustainability coordination, helping turn ambitious goals into practical outcomes for our business, customers and communities.
