Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Admin Assistant to support our Property Manager, ensuring smooth operation of our housing services, providing administrative support, and assisting with beneficiary relations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Manage property records, databases, and filing systems. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to property management.
* Beneficiary Relations: Assist in responding to beneficiary inquiries and concerns. Coordinate beneficiary move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
* Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and track property maintenance and repairs, liaising with our repairs and maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers.
* Financial Administration: Assist with rent collection, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records. Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
* Compliance: Ensure properties comply with relevant health and safety regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing legislation and best practices.
* General Support: Provide general administrative support to the Property Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
