A spectacular law firm are looking for an experienced HR Advisors to join their team on a full time basis for a dynamic and multi-layered role within the Birmingham City Centre offices. The successful candidate will possess previous experience within a HR Shared Services Centre environment in a true generalist role and will be expected to carry out the following duties:
Primarily, manage the day to day performance and delivery of the HR Support Team Helping manager and advise line managers with ER cases Advising on low to high level ER cases Organise and carry out regular one to ones and annual performance reviews Ensure operations are within the agreed Service Level Agreements Provide specific project support for annual activities including promotions, performance management etc Manage and maintain process improvements Onboarding and offboarding of employees Helping with policy and procedures Supporting the immigration team with VISA applications/renewals HR Project managementDue to the nature of the role, the successful applicant must possess the following qualities: Minimum of 2/3 years experience within a Shared Services and HR Assistant/Generalist team environment is essential In depth knowledge of HR processes and procedures Exceptional time management and planning abilities Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Good Microsoft Word and Excel capabilitiesThis is a fantastic company to work for in fabulous first class central offices.
