People solutions are looking for a Line Leader to join our family run client based in Barnsley.
The role involves the supervision of our bread production shift.
This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.
* Weekly pay
* Free parking
* Immediate start
Shift Times
The shift start times are:
* Sunday 6am - 2pm
* Monday 10am - 6pm
* Tuesday 10am - 6pm
* Thursday 11am - 7pm
Day to Day duties
* Motivate your team to produce quality products
* Maintain a high level of production standards
* Meet production efficiency targets
* Following strict health and safety
* Assist with production, mixing bread doughs, using machinery to produce the products and proving of bread and baking
As a Line Leader it is essential to have the following skills:
* Be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
* Knowledge and experience working with food production machinery
* Great people management skills and production knowledge
* Food experience is an advantage
Training
* Full training will be provided by the company
