Workplace & Facilities Coordinator - London Salary: Up to £40,000 Benefits Location: Westminster, London We are working with a leading professional services organisation with a global presence, who are seeking a proactive and organised Workplace & Facilities Coordinator to join their London team. The Role: As Workplace & Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation's London office. This is a varied and hands-on position where you will: Act as the first point of contact for all workplace functions in London Oversee hard and soft services across the site Manage planned and reactive maintenance scheduling (PPMs) Supervise third-party contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory standards Carry out regular building inspections, health & safety checks, RAMS reviews and permits to work Support front of house, security, post, and courier services Assist with new starter inductions and workplace-related processes About You: We're looking for someone with prior experience in facilities coordination or management and exposure to both hard and soft services. Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills are key, along with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. IOSH or NEBOSH certification would be an advantage, though not essential.
