A well-known council based in London is looking to recruit a Service Designer to support a large transformation programme.
The ideal candidate will have a track record as a Service Designer, preferably with an understanding of user journeys within a council environment.
Working with the Lead Service Designer, you will conduct research and analysis to understand complex journeys and touchpoints affecting the experiences of users and residents. Collaborating with the wider team across product, delivery, and UX, you will be responsible for co-designing services that enable users across multiple areas.
You will liaise daily with different stakeholders, so strong communication skills are essential to articulate the vision and translate it into reality.
