They are seeking an experienced, extremely motivated Content & Social Media Specialist. This is a unique and exciting hands-on opportunity to shape and execute content and social media marketing strategies, boost audience engagement, and drive the growth of our client's digital presence. Key Responsibilities of the Content & Social Media Specialist: Create and deliver high-quality and engaging content for social media and marketing channels, including blog posts, case studies, articles, and email campaigns. Craft creative, brand-aligned copy that drives sales while maintaining a consistent tone of voice. Contribute innovative ideas to the broader marketing strategy and help shape creative direction. Implement the content marketing plan in alignment with overall marketing goals. Oversee daily social media activity, plan, schedule, post, and interact with audiences on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery across all channels. Collaborate closely with the graphic designer to produce visually engaging content assets. Use Canva (and preferably Adobe InDesign) to create simple but effective visual content for digital platforms. Work cross-functionally with the Head of Marketing, wider marketing team, and other departments to ensure integrated campaign execution. Write persuasive, high-quality copy for websites, email campaigns, digital ads, and other key touchpoints. Stay current on social media trends and platform updates to keep content relevant and engaging. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic business objectives. Use analytics tools to track and report on content performance, applying insights to continuously improve future output. Develop and execute strategies to drive website traffic, enhance online visibility, and generate qualified leads. Skills & Experience Required: 2-3 years of proven experience in a content creation and social media role, either within an in-house team or agency setting. Solid background in B2B marketing is essential. Strong ability to craft compelling, sales-driven content that blends storytelling with a clear commercial focus. Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and managing professional conversations. Able to execute a defined content strategy while also contributing fresh ideas and creative input. Proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine enthusiasm for growing brand visibility and engagement.
