Registered Manager Job Types: Full time, Permanent Hours: 37 per week Salary: £40,000 per year Location :Camborne Job Scope: Were looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients care service, ensuring a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for both residents and staff. As a Registered Manager, youll be responsible for the smooth running of the service, ensuring excellent standards of care, compliance with regulations, and the effective management of staff and resources. Youll lead by example, support senior team members, and work closely with external professionals to deliver person-centred outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of person-centred care, ensuring safety, well-being, and dignity Provide leadership and supervision to Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers Use IT systems for quality assurance, staff management, training, and incident reporting Build strong relationships with external agencies to enhance referrals and placements Support staff development through training, inductions, and performance management Promote continuous improvement in care delivery and service quality Do you have?
