* Up to 40k plus 2.5k further payment once made Electrical AP
* Mon to Fri on a single site in central Birmingham, on the following hours:
* Week 1: 7AM - 3PM
* Week 2: 1PM - 10:00PM
* Week 3: 8AM - 5PM
* 1 week in 6 call out paying £1350 standby per annum, and 4 hours work paid if called
* *Call out covers the local region beyond the single site this role is nominally based at*

Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance team at the client's corporate banking facility in central Birmingham.
In this role, working with other engineers, you will complete planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site, covering Low and High Voltage Distribution systems, final circuits, standby generators, load shedding equipment, UPS systems, batteries, Earthing and lighting protection, emergency lighting, and security lighting.
There will be some managing of UPS load bank testing of the UPS batteries.
*We are happy to work with a developed Electrician looking to become more familiar with high voltage*
There will also be some small mechanical maintenance and fabric jobs, where you will work with good autonomy to manage and deliver your own workload using a tablet system.
We offer excellent training, and this is a modern, recently refurbished building with brand new equipment.
Actions include:
* Responsibility for electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to exceed customer expectations.
* Responsibility for other building services maintenance including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related tasks.
* Providing callout response as per the rota.
* Contractor control duties, including monitoring workmanship and issuing Permits to Work.
* Ensuring all electrical equipment operates to performance criteria.
* Evaluating performance and ensuring proper servicing and maintenance of contracted equipment.
* Maintaining accurate administration and records.
We require:
* Electrical qualifications and some experience in installation or maintenance.
