Stores & Logistics Coordinator
Full-time Early Friday Finish £25,000-£28,000 Benefits
Are you hands-on, organised and thrive in a busy environment? We’re looking for a Stores & Logistics Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing team known for quality and collaboration.
This isn’t just a warehouse role, you’ll be managing stock, supporting production, handling dispatch and working across teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
* Process goods in/out using ERP systems and complete paperwork
* Receive and check deliveries
* Load/unload materials following safe manual handling
* Prepare and cut materials to spec (full training provided)
* Carry out stock checks and maintain system accuracy
* Operate forklifts (training provided if needed)
* Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised
What We’re Looking For:
* Good computer skills and attention to detail
* ERP or stock system experience required
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
* Clear communicator and team player
* Forklift licence a bonus but not essential
* Previous warehouse/logistics/admin experience required, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment
What’s On Offer:
* £25,000 - £28,000 salary
* Monday–Thursday: 07:00–16:00
* Friday: 07:00–13:00 (early finish!)
