Our client is looking for a SysOps Engineer to support the reliability, security, and performance of their production, staging, and development environments. What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Proactively monitoring infrastructure and responding to alerts to maintain system availability and performance
* Administering network, compute, and storage services, including AWS VPC, EC2, and associated technologies
* Driving infrastructure improvements and refining processes using cloud‑native tools and best practices
* Collaborating closely with Developers, Product Owners, UX Designers, and other stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment
* Contributing to a highly collaborative culture through whiteboarding, knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and pair working
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years’ hands‑on experience with AWS, supporting secure and highly available environments
* Practical experience using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
* Exposure to scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring and alerting solutions
* AWS certifications, or the motivation to work towards them
* A proactive approach to operations, with proven experience responding to incidents and resolving issues effectively
