Role: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Warrington
Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days on client site, 2 days working from home
Salary: £30k-£32k basic salary + bonus
Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a commercially minded Recruitment Coordinator to deliver high-quality recruitment across key Managed Service accounts.
The Role
You will own end-to-end recruitment delivery, partnering closely with clients to manage high-volume hiring, meet SLAs and KPIs, and provide market insight and strategic support. You’ll act as a key escalation point, drive service excellence, and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and ensure delivery against targets
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
* Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to deliver efficient hiring solutions
* Provide market insight and manage expectations with stakeholders
* Lead service reviews and report on performance metrics
About You
* Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
* Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge where needed
* Experience in fast-paced or high-volume recruitment
* Commercially aware and solutions-focused
