This is an opportunity to be part of a highly specialised Estate Agency sales team where you can work as one, on some lovely properties, and just enjoy your life without all the silly corporate KPI's.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct viewings and showcase properties in a compelling way
* Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process
* Lead property valuations and market appraisals with clients
* Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers and industry partners
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience from introduction to completion
You Are:
* Minimum 3 years in an Estate Agency Sales role
* Car and driver's license
* Team player
* Someone who sees property as a career, not a job.
What We Offer
* £25,000 to £34,000 Basic (DOE)
* £40,000 to £55,000 OTE
* Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
* 1 in 4 Saturdays with a half-day in lieu
* Mileage cover
* Parking
* Industry qualification support
