I'm supporting a major UK Defence infrastructure programme and we’re looking for someone with strong NEC4 scope development experience to support upcoming procurement activity. This is a long-term role embedded within a high-profile capital works programme delivering complex infrastructure in a regulated environment.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in developing and coordinating NEC4 Scope documentation to support procurement events.
Responsibilities
* Drafting and developing NEC4 Scope / Works Information
* Pulling together inputs from engineering, commercial, controls and quality teams
* Supporting procurement from requirement through to contract award
* Reviewing tender returns against issued Scope
* Ensuring alignment with programme objectives and governance requirements
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has been involved in writing or shaping NEC4 scope packages rather than purely administering contracts.
Qualifications
* Experience working with NEC4 contracts
* Involvement in developing Scope / Works Information documentation
* Background in project management, engineering, commercial or contracts roles
* Experience supporting procurement activity
* Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams
* Experience in infrastructure, defence, nuclear or other regulated environments
* You do not need to come directly from defence regulated infrastructure backgrounds are highly relevant.
