A large bank are looking for a FullStack Java Developer to join a small, agile engineering team building and supporting modern internal platforms. This is an end‑to‑end role where you’ll own the full development lifecycle, from breaking down requirements and designing solutions to delivering features and supporting live systems.
Responsibilities
1. Build, test, deploy, and support full stack applications
2. Break business requirements into user stories and deliver iteratively
3. Take shared ownership of production systems (“you build it, you support it”)
4. Balance new feature delivery with managing technical debt
5. Collaborate closely with teammates through pairing and code reviews
Skills & Experience
6. Experience with at least one modern language ( Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript)
7. Exposure to databases, RESTful APIs, and Unix/Linux environments
8. Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
9. Willingness to learn new technologies and work across the stack
Nice to Have
10. CI/CD or platform tooling Experience
11. Background in large‑scale or internal product environments
