We’re Hiring: Time Served Platers – Winsford 🚨 Ambitek is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Winsford, who are looking to expand their team with a number of skilled Time Served Platers. 🔧 The Role As a Plater, you’ll be working with 20mm – 40mm thick plate in a structural steel environment. From interpreting technical drawings to producing high-quality components, you’ll play a key role in ensuring production standards are met and exceeded. 📌 Key Responsibilities: * Plating components from 20mm – 40mm plate * Reading and interpreting technical drawings * Using a variety of tools and equipment in a structural steel setting * Delivering work to a consistently high standard within given timeframes ✅ What We’re Looking For: * Time Served with a solid background in structural steel plating * Proven experience working with thick plate materials * Ability to work independently from technical drawings and specifications * Willingness to complete and pass a trade test before starting 🕒 Working Hours: * Monday – Thursday: 7:45am – 4:45pm * Friday: 7:45am – 12:45pm (early finish!) 💷 Pay Rates (CIS or Umbrella): * Basic: £23.09 per hour * Overtime: £31.44 pe...
