Classroom Support Assistants – Primary & Secondary
Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110 Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping children learn, grow and feel confident in the classroom. As a Classroom Support Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers to create positive, inclusive learning environments across schools in Crawley and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re looking for full‑time work or flexible day‑to‑day placements, you’ll be supporting pupils where it matters most.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting pupils during lessons, activities and classroom routines
* Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support to help pupils stay engaged
* Helping create a calm, inclusive and encouraging learning environment
* Assisting with behaviour support and promoting positive choices
* Adapting to different schools, year groups and learning needs
* Working closely with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, youth work or similar)
* A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
* Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
