We are looking for an experienced Car Finance Business Development Manager to oversee and expand our dealer network across the UK. The role offers a base salary obetween £40, - £55, with an uncapped commission (OTE up to £75,). You will also recieve additional benefits such as car allowance and work-from-home one day per week.
The role involves securing new business and fostering relationships with existing dealerships to promote our vehicle finance solutions within your sector. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position requiring strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers across various sectors of the motor industry, from everyday vehicles to luxury cars, caravans, and motorhome
Salary & Benefits
1. Base salary starting between £40, - $55, DOE
2. Uncapped commission (OTEs around £75,)

5. Remote role with target area based around your hom elocation to ensure a good work/life balance
6. Monday - Friday workschedule. 1 day work-from-home per week and no weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
7. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK motor trade.
8. Manage and develop relationships with existing dealerships to increase business growth.
9. Promote and present our vehicle finance offerings to car dealerships.
10. Maintain a strong presence in the field (4 days per week) and provide regular reports on performance.
11. Travel to HQ once per quarter for team meetings and updates.
Ideal Candidate:
12. Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with a proven track record in relationship management.
13. Strong communication skills and ability to influence key decision-makers in a variety of motor industry sectors.
14. Previous experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the motor finance industry.
15. Background in the motor trade essential
16. Experience in similar roles such as Car Finance Business Development Manager, Business Development Manager (BDM), Dealership Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Car Finance Account Manager or Motor Finance Account Manager would be advantageous.
