As a Support Worker at a Barchester independent mental health hospital, you'll use your intuition and empathy to help our patients get the most out of life. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours, making a big difference to their lives and ensuring they are always treated with dignity and respect.

The Support Worker role involves creating a safe environment where patients can live as independently as possible. You should be naturally warm-hearted, resilient, and have a genuine interest in the lives of our patients. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills are more important than previous experience, as full training is provided with opportunities for growth and development. You'll also enjoy being part of a friendly, sociable team with close links to the local community.

Qualifications

* No specific qualifications are required, as full training will be provided. However, a genuine interest in mental health, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
