Your Role

* Manage a caseload of individuals, identifying strengths and addressing barriers to employment.
* Develop tailored action plans, helping each person take clear, structured steps towards their career goals.
* Provide expert advice on job searching, CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace integration.
* Support individuals to build confidence and develop skills that will help them sustain employment.
* Foster relationships with local employers to create job opportunities and ensure job retention through ongoing support.
