Part-Time Private Client Secretary – Temporary Assignment (Ipswich)

We are recruiting on behalf of our Ipswich-based client for an experienced Part-Time Private Client Secretary to join their busy team on a temporary basis.
About the Role
You will be providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support within a fast-paced Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work, supporting fee earners with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing secretarial support to Private Client fee earners
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence
* Audio typing and document formatting
* Managing diaries, appointments, and client communications
* Handling confidential information with care
* General administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within a Private Client department
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
* A proactive, professional, and detail-focused approach
Working Pattern:
* Flexible part-time hours
* Minimum 15 hours per week, up to 3 days per week
