Digital Marketing Manager (12 month Fixed-Term – Maternity Cover)- Surrey Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global award-winning travel company for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a dynamic marketing team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across paid search, social, and display channels – with a strong focus on ROI and revenue growth.
Digital Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns (PPC, social, display), ensuring strong ROI and performance aligned with commercial priorities.
Work closely with digital agencies to communicate trading updates and optimise campaign performance across all channels.
Manage and optimise a significant advertising budget, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyse campaign data using tools such as GA4 and Excel, turning insights into actionable strategies and presenting key findings to stakeholders.
Brief and collaborate with in-house creative teams to produce compelling advertising assets across Meta, YouTube, and display formats.
Apply a strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion and drive continuous performance enhancement.
Oversee the delivery of a strategic social media content plan in collaboration with a Social Media Executive, supporting both brand awareness and engagement.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, adhering to tone of voice and visual identity guidelines.
Contribute to a collaborative and proactive team culture, sharing knowledge and embracing new ideas to achieve shared business goals.
Digital Marketing Manager Experience and Skills:
Strong experience in digital marketing campaign management, from strategy through to execution.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital and social media best practices, with an interest in emerging trends and technologies.
Strong skills in A/B and multivariate testing, with experience driving change based on results.
Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, and broader Google tools.
Confident using Excel to manipulate and analyse data.
Experienced in performance monitoring, optimisation, and campaign reporting.
Skilled in managing budgets effectively to deliver maximum impact.
Digital Marketing Manager Additional Details:
12-month fixed term contract with a salary range between £50-£55,000 per year
Hybrid working, 3 days a week in their Surrey HQ and 2 days remote.
