Weâre looking for an Industry Lead to own and scale a defined industry vertical across our Enterprise & Corporate MidâMarket customer base. This is a senior, commercially focused role for someone who thinks like an owner, leads from the front and thrives on building markets, teams and momentum.
đ„ What youâll do
* Own the strategy, pipeline and performance for your vertical
* Lead and develop a highâperforming sales team (4â8)
* Drive new logo wins and expansion across existing accounts
* Partner closely with Microsoft to maximise joint opportunities
* Work crossâfunctionally with Marketing, PreâSales and Delivery to win and grow

What weâre looking for
* Proven sales leadership experience with consistent overâachievement
* Experience building and leveraging strong Microsoft partner relationships is a must
* Formal sales training (MEDDICC, SPIN, TAS, Huthwaite or similar)
* Strong background in solutionâled, B2B enterprise sales
* Confident operating at Câlevel with customers and partners
* High energy, resilient and motivated by ownership and results
