The role responsibilities:
You’ll be supporting experienced Recruitment Consultants in sourcing the very best talent for education providers across the UK. You’ll build strong relationships with candidates, and once you’re comfortable, move on to speaking to clients to solve all their recruitment needs.
About you:
You don’t need any recruitment experience. You’ll be hungry for sales, resilient, goal-oriented, and an excellent communicator. Teamwork is essential, but you’ll be motivated to work to your own personal targets and KPIs whilst supporting your team.
