We are a busy Warwickshire based building and maintenance company, providing high quality work to our domestic and commercial customers.
An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Business Manager to join our team and help us to continue to grow.
This exciting role would involve supporting our Director with the day-to-day running of the business. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, driven with a passion for providing a high quality service and will be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
The day-to-day running of the business will include:
* Efficient sourcing and procurement of materials.
* Being responsible for the logistics within the business and the daily delivery of materials to site.
* Project management by offering support to our foreman & team of contractors.
* Creating estimates for new projects.
* Tracking and reporting of expenses on current projects.
* Handling customer enquiries face to face or by telephone.
* Providing new initiatives to improve efficiency and continued expansion of our busy business.
Essentials:
* A minimum of five years experience working within the building or construction industry.
* Procurement experience.
* Knowledge of building materials.
* Experience in managing teams.
* Strong background in customer service delivery.
* Skilled in using a range of IT applications.
* Punctual, reliable and maintains a smart, professional image.
* Based locally to the Warwickshire area.

Working hours Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm. Starting salary from £40,000.
