We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury, family-owned country house hotel set within beautiful Hertfordshire countryside just outside London. Our client is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition and onboarding function.

Key Responsibilities
Support the full recruitment lifecycle across hotel and spa departments
Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job postings and candidate tracking
Conduct pre-screening calls and support hiring managers throughout recruitment
Advertise vacancies across job boards and professional networks
Prepare offer and rejection letters, contracts, and new starter documentation
Carry out right to work checks and ensure compliance standards are met
Coordinate onboarding, including uniforms, badges, lockers, and system access
Maintain uniform stock and manage ordering requirements
Support employee engagement initiatives and staff events
Assist with reporting on recruitment and HR metrics
About You
Previous administrative experience (HR exposure desirable)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator at all levels
Proactive, approachable, and team-oriented
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Keen interest in building a career in HR and recruitment
