Key Responsibilities
* Providing efficient administrative support across the international sales department, supporting team members with related admin
* Liaising with business customer queries via email professionally on a daily basis
* Using the CRM system to record accurately
* Co-ordinating the planning of events and training days
* Ensuring travel bookings are accurate including international travel
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience in administration or a customer-service focused role
* Strong written English skills, able to adapt style - this role is thefirst point of contact for potential businesscustomers
* Use of a CRM system or similar
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Personable and professional manner
* Team-focused individual
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems swiftly
