This role focuses on bathroom showroom sales, helping customers design and purchase products while delivering excellent service from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer enquiries from start to finish
* Meet customers in the showroom, on site, or in their home
* Design and coordinate bathroom sales projects
* Provide expert advice on products and solutions
* Prepare and follow up on quotes quickly and accurately
* Drive sales using upselling and linked selling techniques
* Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in the bathroom sector (essential)
* Strong sales and customer service skills
* Confident communication with customers and colleagues
* IT literate
* Full UK driving licence
* Well organised and able to prioritise workload
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Good understanding of health & safety
Hours
* Week 1: Mon–Fri 07:30–17:00
* Week 2: Mon–Fri 07:30–17:00 + Sat 08:00–12:00
