The Role:
You’ll manage key UK retail and corporate accounts, work closely with international suppliers, and support the production of bespoke gifts. You’ll also liaise with design and marketing teams, manage stock and orders, and contribute to e-commerce and promotional efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
Support design and marketing projects
Manage stock and production timelines
Assist with social media and website updates
Handle queries from clients and suppliers
About You:
You’re a proactive team player with strong organisational and communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous experience in an account management role.
