This temp to perm role in Birmingham, located in the jewellery quarter requires a detail-oriented individual with Compliance experience to assist in managing internal compliance processes effectively. They are now seeking a Compliance Officer to join them on a temp to perm basis at their offices in Birmingham on a temp to perm basis. Description Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, and HMRC guidelines related to precious metals trading. Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance across customer onboarding, transactions, and bullion storage. Develop, maintain, and enforce internal compliance policies, including KYC and Anti-Bribery procedures. Perform internal audits and investigate any compliance breaches or suspicious activities.
