Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 (DOE) | OTE: £28,000
Location: Rugby (On-site)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 0600 - 1400
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Driving Licence & Own Transport Required

Due to rapid growth and continued success, we are looking for a dedicated Onsite Recruitment Coordinator /Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Rugby.
Reporting to the Account Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting recruitment operations and managing the onsite workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Check-in and support staff at the start of each shift.
* Attend team briefs and client planning meetings.
* Update and maintain CRM records.
* Register, vet, and induct new candidates.
* Create worker profiles in the time & attendance system
* Manage and update staffing rotas.
* Book and coordinate temporary staffing needs.
* Provide holiday and weekend out-of-hours mobile support as required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous onsite recruitment experience (ideal but not essential).
* Highly flexible with a "hit the ground running" attitude.
* Excellent time management and organisation skills.
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
* Quick learner and proactive approach.
What We Offer:
* Basic salary: £25,000 – £26,000 (DOE)
* OTE: Up to £28,000
