About The Role
Delivery Drivers are a vital part of the GSF Car Parts team. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They also give valuable customer feedback and help us meet our delivery commitments.
As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of the organization and promoting the company through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties include:
* Delivering products within a mile radius of the branch
* Maintaining high customer service standards
* Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
* Loading your vehicle according to procedures
* Collecting customer returns as needed
* Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
* Assisting in the warehouse when required
* Helping with inter-branch transfer deliveries
Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, depending on branch cover needs.
About You
What you'll need to succeed:
* Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
* Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
* Previous delivery driver experience
* Understanding of excellent customer service standards
* Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
* Customer-focused and motivated to achieve
