Finance Business Partner / Liverpool / Salary £50,000 - £55,000 plus bonus and a competitive benefits package.Accountable Recruitment are working in partnership with our client who are a leading organisation to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner . This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, highly reputable business at an exciting stage of growth and transformation.This role would suit a newly qualified finance candidate with a strong management accounts background, now looking to develop into a more Finance Business Partnering role. You will enjoy working closely with stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and adding real commercial value beyond the numbers.The roleAs a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting operational and senior stakeholders, providing insight, challenge, and guidance to drive business performance.You'll take ownership of management reporting and planning processes, while also supporting strategic initiatives through analysis, forecasting, and continuous improvement of financial information.Partner with operational teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance managementProduce monthly management accounts, balance sheet reviews, and variance analysisLead on quarterly forecasts and annual budgeting cyclesProvide meaningful financial insight to support decision-making and improve performanceDevelop and enhance KPIs and management information reportingReview P&L performance with stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunitiesSupport capex planning, cashflow forecasting, and cost managementAssist with audit processes and ensure strong financial controlsDeliver ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and strategic initiativesKey skillsFully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)Proven experience in a management accounting or commercially focused finance roleStrong Excel skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightProactive, organised, and able to manage competing prioritiesIf you're looking for a role where you can step into a true business partnering position and make a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.Please contact Lauren Harrison at Accountable Recruitment on 07731356287TPBN1_UKTJ
