KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own the development and regular production of the marketing metrics reports. Partnering with Business Units & MCoE to understand requirements & translate into impactful metrics which are easy to understand and interpret. • Ensure any insights on marketing performance are actioned. • Carrying out complex statistical analysis to verify the importance of the chosen metrics • Upskilling the competency of the marketing community in their use of reports & interpreting the results. • Be the expert in the FORSTA survey platform from a survey design, build and reporting perspective. • Responsible for the roll out of Pulse Check surveys to all FISBE markets in 2024 – this will involve creating surveys in the Forsta platform, agreeing timings & transalations with BU’s, automating send out using MS Dynamics. • Responsible for Transacional NPS survey execution including automated survey send out, ensuring customers are not oversurveyed. • Report building using the Forsta platform to understand NPS results including sentiment analysis. • Resopnsible for agreeing actions to improve NPS scores with the with Business Units and following up to ensure actions are completed. • Own the creation of competitor reports using available tools (Brandwatch & SEMRUSH) • Line manage the activities of the Marketing analyst – with a particular focus on GA4 web reporting (tracking and tagging) and reporting support for Lighthouse initiatives ABOUT YOU • Educated to degree level in relevant subject • Minimum 5 years in similar role • Expert in data analysis & report creation using multiple data sources • Project management experience • Proficient in data science techniques including statistical analysis and modelling. • Experience with the following tools: Power BI, Looker Studio & excel. • Expert in Voice of Customer Platforms (Forsta, Medallia, Qualtrics, Inmoment) • GA4, web tracking & tagging • Business Partner • Data storyteller / visualizer • Problem solver • Great communicator WORKING CONDITIONS • The position is office based but on a hybrid working model • Position may involve travel up to 5% of the time, mostly within Europe.
