RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LYTHAM ST ANNES (HYBRID) – FULL TIME OR PART TIME
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be primarily based at our new Fylde Coast office, with the flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid arrangement.
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters and must be at least 3 years PQE.
You will be supported by an experienced and collaborative team, with access to a strong and growing client base across the region and beyond.
Part time or full time positions are available.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner
* Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Familiarity or experience of Lexcel standards
* Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to explain legal matters clearly to clients
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and client-focused approach
