About the Role Our client is a leading global financial services organisation, undergoing significant transformation within its Technology Change Management function. As part of the Business Analysis team, you will play a key role in shaping technology initiatives capturing business needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and ensuring delivery of effective solutions across complex IT landscapes. Key Responsibilities Lead the analysis of business objectives, capturing and documenting requirements in a clear and structured way. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align user requirements and secure agreement on deliverables Organise and facilitate workshops to define processes, gather requirements, and validate business needs Collaborate with Solution Architects and Development teams to design and shape fit-for-purpose technology solutions Contribute to the development of business architecture and solution design to support strategic objectives Support execution of strategic roadmaps and drive delivery of key initiatives Track risks, issues, and dependencies relating to requirements and analysis work Assist in test planning and execution to ensure solutions meet agreed business outcomes Provide regular updates to Project Managers and ensure service levels align with evolving business needs. Manage ad-hoc analysis and project tasks, adapting quickly to new challenges. What You’ll Bring Essential: 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services Technology. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines Exceptional problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce accurate, compelling deliverables Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to present complex information clearly. A proactive, results-driven mindset with high levels of personal accountability. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, change-driven environment. Preferred: Experience working within agile delivery frameworks. Good understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
