YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
* Promote the desired work culture around our company values.
* Deliver food and beverage service to a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
* Develop standards and procedures to promote sales and beverage creativity/profit
* Communicate to superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
* Deliver daily briefings and attend other food and beverage meetings as scheduled
* Complete training sessions in line with a departmental monthly training calendar
* Carry out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their role
* Comply with hotel rules, regulations and provisions contained in the Employee Handbook
* Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
* Previous experience within a hotel environmentis desired
* Ability to supervise and direct a team
* Self-motivated
* Ability to plan and prioritise
* Flexible and adaptable approach
* Customer Focus
* Literate in computer technology
* Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries
